Joplin Public Library

Six meeting spaces are available. Guidelines:

Room reservations may be requested online or by calling 417.623.7953.

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance with a limit of 12 reservations per calendar year.

Study rooms (1-4) are only available on a first-come first-served basis and may not be reserved in advance.

Meeting rooms may be reserved from Library opening (no early entry) until 15 minutes before the Library closes.

The meeting rooms cannot be booked for the following uses:

Use of the Library meeting space for financial gain. No sale of goods or services or the solicitation for future sales or services will be permitted.

Non-Library related groups selling or promoting items, services, or doing fundraising.

Activities likely to disturb regular Library functions.

Birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions or other such events during library hours.
